In what situations you offer a refund? Am I eligible for a refund?

In order to be very clear about this question we present the cases when the client is NOT eligible for a refund:

  • the client provided us with a wrong IMEI;
  • the client provided us a wrong phone model, country or network;
  • the client provided us a wrong email address;
  • the client didn’t followed the unlocking instructions exactly as stated;
  • the handset of the client is not network locked (it has a different type of lock, for instance: PIN lock, PUK lock, or it is blacklisted);
