You get a G Pad! And you get a G Pad! Everybody gets a G Pad!
Even though until now we heard only some rumors about this, it seems that LG is ready to launch not just one, but three new tablets in the next period. Of course, we’re talking about their G Pad slate, which will come in three different sizes: 7 inches, 8 and 10.1.
While the smallest, G Pad 7.0 will be launched in Europe this week, the other two will be introduced in the following weeks, helping the South Korean manufacturer to reach every corner of the market with three different-sized tablets.
The specs will be very similar, as all three tablets will sport a 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU, 1 GB of RAM, 1280 x 800 True IPS HD displays and micro SD card slots, while the front facing cameras will have 1.3 MP sensors. Still, there are differences too…
The smallest tablet, the G Pad 7.0 will come equipped with a 4000 mAh battery, 8 GB of built-in storage and a 3 MP rear camera. The 8.0 version will get a boost to 4200 mAh, 16 GB and 5 MP rear snapper, while the biggest G Pad is going to be powered by a 8000 mAh battery, while the storage counts 16 gigs and the camera is still 5 MP.
Nothing about the price now, but since we’re dealing with mid-range devices, expect some pocket-friendly numbers.
