A bit expensive, but it’s finally here!
After 7 months since the official launch in the United States, the Motorola Moto X has finally reached Australia. Unfortunately, you’ll have to resume to the standard design, as there’s no sign of Moto Maker, so no customization for the aussies.
Even though the Motorola site is not giving any information except ”coming soon”, the guys from Ausdroid are saying that it will be available for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone, at a price of, hold on tight, AUD$549, which is almost $500 United States Dollars. A bit expensive if you ask me and considering that Motorola is aiming to offer accessible smartphones, but hey, you know…taxes and stuff.
Australia is the third country which ”gest access” to the Moto X, after the US and the UK. After this, we expect to see it hitting the shelves in Germany, India and Mexico, but who knows, maybe they’re planning an even wider availability soon.
