The latest dessert reaches LG’s flexible phone!
Apparently, this phone had it all! Big display, awesome specs, a self-healing coating and…oh yeah, it bends! Still, something was missing, and that something was the latest Android operating system.
Anyway, that’s about to change if you got your LG G Flex with a contract from AT&T. The phone, which came out in January, with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, is now ready to receive the latest update and start running 4.4.2 KitKat.
As for the new stuff that comes with the update, we must mention the Knock Code feature, requiring users to tap out a pattern to unlock the screen, a noticeable speed boost, restyled status bar and support for battery-saving location mode.
In order to get it, just hit the About phone > Software Update > Update now sub menu in the General Settings one and follow the instructions.
