Three tablets in a week. Somebody stop LG!
The Korean manufacturer is not a very important player on the tablet market, as the most notable item in their portfolio is the G Pad 8.3, which also came as Play Edition, running stock Android 4.4 KitKat. But things are about to change this week, as LG is planning a total refresh for its tablet line-up…
Three new tablets will be introduced this week, with displays measuring 7, 8 and 10.1 inches. The announcement will be made at the MedPI 2014 show, starting tomorrow.
Nothing about the specs until now, but we’ll definitely cover this subject as soon as anything official emerges.
According to the company’s CEO, Dr. Jong-seok Park, LG aims at a diverse target audience. Their tablets are made for different categories of users, starting from people looking for on-the-go entertainment (7.0), greater multimedia and smooth multitasking (8.0) and high level entertainment (10.1).
