It depends on the phone model, country and network. For some models it takes only a few minutes, for others might take hours or days. Check delivery time here.
It’s important to know that for some of the brands we unlock, like LG or HTC, the country and carrier are not so important in the unlocking process. But for most of the brands, especially Samsung and Apple, the original country and network are very important factors in the unlocking process. Choosing the wrong country and network will make it impossible for us to retrieve the unlock code for your phone. If you don’t know the country and carrier your phone was originally bought from, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Yes, the unlock is permanent. After you unlock your phone, you will be able to use it with any gsm network around the world.
Insert another network SIM and wait for the unlocking message to be displayed. If your phone doesn’t show an unlocking message and does work with another network SIM, your handset is NOT SIM locked.
In the unlikely event that your unlock code doesn’t work we’ll happily refund your money. However, if you have submitted incorrect information, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. This is because whenever UnlockScope processes an unlocking request, it costs us money, even if the submitted IMEI or network information is inaccurate.
There are 2 ways to retrieve the IMEI of your phone. Either dial *#06# on your phone, or check the sticker underneath the battery of your handset. The IMEI is a 15 digit number that is unique for each handset.

When you receive your unlock code, insert another network SIM into your phone. Your phone will read “Enter unlock code” or “Pin Network Unlock Code”. Enter your unlock code and your phone will immediately be unlocked. If your phone does not display a designated field to enter the unlock code, please contact us for further instructions.
